Ghost In The Webb is a collaboration between individual singer/songwriters David Ghostlaw and Vernon Webb, performing original tunes as well as some uniquely done covers.

Ghost in the Webb blends over 40 years of original songwriting from David and Vernon while blending in crowd pleasing favorites of their own unique versions of covers from artists such as The Grateful Dead, Van Morrison, The Beatles, Neil Young, The Band and so many more while creating a richly memorable live concert experience.

David Ghostlaw is a musician and songwriter in the Hudson Valley whom for the last 40 years has been performing both solo and with many bands.  David’s multiple styles of music include Americana, Folk, Blues, Rock, Jazz, Funk, Reggae and even worked on a Hip Hop Project. David was the founding member of The Gentle Spirits, The Dream Riders and The Lost Gurus as well as a guitarist in The Young Lions.  David also has performed multiple solo shows, benefit gigs and festivals in local venues as a singer-songwriter, playing either acoustic or electric guitar and singing, performing all his own originals.

Vernon Webb is a singer/songwriter known for his unique vocals, expressive lyrics and creative instrumentals. His original music offers a rich, melodic kaleidoscope of sounds often referred to as Americana/Alt-country, Southern Rock, Blues, Rock and Roll, Jam Band with a Grateful Dead/Van Morrison twist. Vernon has performed various solo shows and festivals around the Hudson Valley and New Jersey areas.  Vernon released his first CD in 2018, “Back to Normal and Beyond” which included special guests such as Michael Falzarano and Ronnie Penque (New Riders of the Purple Sage), Ben Wilson (Blues Traveler), Aaron Comess (Spin Doctors), banjo great Tony Trishka and more.

Ghost in the Webb is available for bookings as a duo or “with friends”, inviting a rotating multitude of talented musicians to sit in with them as a full band.
